"Not worth it for the price"
I got a hoodie i kind of judged it by the price and expected it to feel way better. My usual shortcut is if something costs more, the fabric should at least feel soft and hold up after washing, but this didn’t. It felt thin and rough right away, and after just one wash it already looked old. The print started cracking a little too, which was super disappointing. The fit was also off in a weird way. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I did get my refund in the end, but I had to email twice to make it happen. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than I hoped. Support did reply, but not very quickly, and it wasn’t always clear who actually owned the issue or was supposed to follow up. A little more clarity there would’ve made it less frustrating.

"most of what i needed was in stock"
pretty good overall. most of the stuff i was looking for was available, but the sizes seem to go really fast, so you kind of have to grab what you need when you see it.

"Website was honestly frustrating"
I tried using the website, but... it was just kind of a hassle. Pages were loading really slowly, and checkout froze on me twice. At that point, it didn’t really feel worth the effort

I ordered from drew house and the delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, and the package ended up arriving way later than I expected. I had to email them just to figure out what was going on, and the response felt like one of those canned apologies that doesn’t really answer anything. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole wait made the experience annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Cool look, but yeah, not exactly cheap"
I really like the style, it’s simple, clean, and still looks cool without trying too hard. Some of the pieces feel a bit overpriced to me, and I don’t have much patience for digging around to justify the cost, but overall the look is really nice.

I ordered my normal size from thehouseofdrew.com, because silly me, I assumed that would work. The hoodie fit really weird, short and tight in some places, but somehow loose in others. The quality was fine, I guess, but it definitely wasn’t comfortable on me. Kind of disappointing since I expected it to fit like, you know, a hoodie

I kind of figured the exchange process would be a little slow, and sure enough, it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. That said, it did get handled in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just not the fastest.

I emailed them about my order because I needed an update, and I barely got anything helpful back. I waited a few days thinking maybe they were just behind, then sent another message, and still got no real answer.

it made me feel like once they had my money, my order wasn’t really their problem anymore. I don’t think I’m being difficult here — I just wanted a simple reply so I knew what was going on.

For me, the whole thing was really frustrating. I don’t have time to keep chasing a company for basic customer service, so I wouldn’t order from them again.

I got my order earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I think the only thing was the tracking seemed a little slow to update, but overall the shipping felt quick.

I ordered from thehouseofdrew.com because I thought it was legit, but the whole thing just felt off. The site, the product details, and even the quality didn’t match what I’d expect from the actual Drew brand. For the price, it felt kind of ridiculous. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t feel confident that what I got was authentic, and I definitely wouldn’t order from there again

I ordered a hoodie and a hat, which seemed simple enough, but somehow the hat showed up in the wrong color and the hoodie wasn’t the size I picked. Shipping was fine, so at least the incorrect items arrived on time, I guess. Customer support did get back to me, though it took a little while. Not the worst experience ever, but for the price, I was definitely expecting my order to match what I actually ordered.

"Packaging didn’t really meet my standards"
The order itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up looking crushed and kind of cheap, and the shirt was just tossed in without much care. I’m not overly picky, but for the price, I do expect things to be packed a little nicer.
